Returns
You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus any shipping costs. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return, please email us at info@odinhardware.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll provide return instructions and a return authorization.
Once we receive your item and inspect its condition, we will process your refund. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your original method of payment.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Send a description and photos of the issue to odin@odinhardware.com, and we’ll make it right—whether that means a replacement, repair, or refund.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if a return label is provided by us.
